Everything gathered on your memorial is yours to keep — always, and at no cost. From your management page you can download the entire collection as a single archive, so the photos and stories can never be lost, even years from now.

How to download

Sign in, open your memorial, and choose Download everything. We'll prepare the archive and email you a link when it's ready — usually within a minute or two.

What's inside

The archive is one file containing three things:

  • A readable PDF of all the memories — a warm, laid-out document with a cover page, each memory with its photos, and the person's name and years. It's meant to be read, not just stored.
  • Every photo at full resolution — the original files, exactly as they were uploaded.
  • A data file that holds the memories, captions, contributor names, and dates, so the collection could be rebuilt or re-printed later.

Together, this is your family's permanent copy of the whole memorial.

The download link works for 30 days, and we don't keep the prepared file after that — so please save it somewhere safe when it arrives (and, ideally, in two places). You can create a fresh archive from your management page any time; there's no limit.

Why this matters

Cloud folders quietly rot — links expire, accounts close, phones change hands. A downloaded archive means the memories don't depend on any one person's account, or on us. It's the difference between a collection that survives and one that slips away.

The memorial page itself stays online, and after a long quiet period it settles into a lightweight archived version rather than disappearing. But the surest way to keep everything forever is to hold your own copy — and, if you'd like something to hold, to turn the collection into a printed keepsake book.
